Buying QrioTags — Shop & Orders
How to browse the QrioTag shop, choose the right tags, place orders, track shipments, and manage your subscription.
Before you can activate and use QrioTags, you need to buy the physical tags. This page covers the entire shopping experience — browsing products, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing your subscription.

Checkout
Add items to your cart, enter shipping details, apply a coupon, and pay securely via Stripe.
Order History
View all past orders, track shipments, and download invoices from Settings > Billing.
Subscriptions
Start on the FREE tier or upgrade to PRO ($100/year) for unlimited tags and advanced features.
QrioTag Types
There are 16 QrioTag types — 14 physical tags and 2 specialty formats.

Newer Tag Types (v2.1.0)
Three tag types added in v2.1.0 for digital and specialty use cases:

All tag types can be created digitally from Tags → Create Digital Tag in your dashboard — no order or shipping required. See Activating Your First Tag for step-by-step instructions.
Shopping on Mobile
The shop is fully mobile-optimized — product cards display in a single column on small screens, two columns on larger phones, and the cart slides in from the right.
Product Details
Click any product to see its full details: large photos, a feature list, specifications, pricing, variant options, quantity selector, and an "Add to Cart" button.
Product Variants
Many QrioTags come in multiple variants:
- Colors — Select from available color swatches (black, white, blue, red, etc.)
- NFC options — Choose QR Only (lower price) or QR + NFC (scan with camera or tap)
NFC is most useful for medical bands and key tags where a quick tap is valuable. For luggage tags and stickers, QR-only is usually sufficient.
Adding to Cart
Select Your Variant
Choose your preferred color and NFC option (if applicable).
Set the Quantity
Use the quantity selector to choose how many you want. The maximum per item is 50.
Click "Add to Cart"
A confirmation appears that the item has been added.
Continue Shopping or Checkout
After adding to cart, browse more products, view your cart via the cart icon in the navigation, or proceed directly to checkout.
Checkout
Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon to see all added items. For each item you will see the product name, variant, quantity, unit price, and total price. Adjust quantities or remove items here.

Fill in your shipping address:

Apply a Coupon (Optional)
Enter a coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your total.
Review Order Summary
Before paying, review:
- Subtotal, Tax, Shipping cost
- Discount (if a coupon was applied)
- Total
Pay with Stripe
Click "Pay Now." You will be taken to a secure Stripe payment page. Enter your credit or debit card details — QrioTag never sees your full card number.
Order Confirmation
After payment, you will see your order confirmation showing:
- Order number (format: QRIO-20260408-XXXXX)
- Summary of what you ordered
- Estimated delivery time
- A link to track your order
A confirmation email with the same details is sent automatically.
Order Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| PENDING | Order placed, awaiting processing |
| CONFIRMED | Payment confirmed, order queued |
| PROCESSING | Tags are being prepared and packaged |
| SHIPPED | Order shipped — you will receive a tracking number |
| DELIVERED | Order delivered |
Viewing Order History
To see all past orders:
- Click "Settings" in the navigation menu
- Go to the "Orders" or "Billing" section
- Click any order to see its full details, tracking information, and an invoice download link
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped (status is PENDING, CONFIRMED, or PROCESSING).
Go to Order History
Find the order you want to cancel.
Click "Cancel Order"
Click "Cancel Order" on the order detail page.
Confirm Cancellation
Click "Yes, Cancel" in the confirmation dialog.
After cancellation, the order status changes to CANCELLED and your payment is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact support at support@qriotag.com for help with returns.
Getting Invoices
- Go to your order history and click the order
- Click "Download Invoice"
The invoice downloads as a PDF with full order details, payment information, and your shipping address.

QrioTag has two tiers: FREE and PRO.
