Logging In
How to sign in to your QrioTag account, use two-factor authentication, and recover a forgotten password.
Once you have created your account, here is how to sign in, handle two-factor authentication, and recover a forgotten password.
Standard Login
Go to the Login Page
Visit app.qriotag.com and click the Log In button in the top-right corner.
Enter Your Credentials

Click "Log In"
Click the Log In button. If your credentials are correct you will land on your dashboard.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you have enabled 2FA, you will see an extra step after entering your email and password.
Enter Email and Password
Fill in your credentials as usual and click Log In.
Enter Your 6-Digit Code
You will see a "Two-Factor Authentication" screen with six input boxes. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and enter the current code shown for QrioTag.
Codes change every 30 seconds. If your code is rejected, wait for a fresh one and try again.
Click "Verify"
After entering all six digits, click Verify to reach your dashboard.
Forgot Your Password
Click "Forgot Password?"
On the login page, click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
Enter Your Email
Type the email you used to create your account, then click Send Reset Link.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from QrioTag with subject "Reset your password." Click the reset link inside.
Reset links expire quickly. If yours has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.
Set a New Password
Enter a new password (same requirements as registration) and confirm it. Click Reset Password.
Log In
You are returned to the login page. Sign in with your new password.

Use a Password Manager
Store your credentials securely and avoid reusing passwords across sites.
Back Up Your 2FA
Save the 2FA recovery codes shown during setup in case you lose your phone.
Keep Your Email Current
Update your email in account settings so password resets always work.
