QrioTag turns any physical item into a smart, connected object that can find its way back to you. Whether you are protecting your keys, your pet, or your passport, this guide covers everything you need to get started and stay protected. Better to QrioTag Than Lose Forever.

How It Works

You can get started with a physical tag or a digital tag — both paths lead to the same dashboard.

Get a Tag

Option A — Buy a physical QrioTag: Order from the QrioTag shop. Each tag ships with a unique encrypted QR code pre-printed on it.

Option B — Create a digital tag for free: Go to Tags → Create Digital Tag in your dashboard. No hardware required — download the QR code and print it yourself.

Activate or Link Your Tag

Physical tag: Log in and activate the tag by entering its QrioTag ID (QRIO-XXXXXXXX) to link it to your account.
Digital tag: It is linked automatically when you create it — no separate step needed.

Build a Profile

Give your tag a name and fill in the relevant profile — pet details, vehicle info, device specs, or travel documents. The richer the profile, the more useful it is if your item is found.

Attach and Go

Stick, clip, or attach the tag to your item. It is now protected. Anyone who scans the QR code will see your contact options — without ever seeing your personal information.

If Something Gets Lost, Mark It

Use your dashboard or the Lost & Found page to mark a tag as lost. You can offer a reward and start receiving anonymous messages from finders immediately.
